By quick introduction my name is Mark “The Shark”, and my brother Brian and I have been earning a good living for several years now from reselling certain goods/merchandise we’re able to source from auctions. By no means was this all planned-out. In fact, before we got into the auction “game” we had regular careers and ordinary family lives (still do, just a lot more free time to spend with them).

My brother and I first got into “auctioning” about nine (9) years ago. While en route to the lake, we happened to drive by a “live” public auction event that was being held at the time and noticed a bunch of cars all in line, and a large herd of people standing across from some guy (the “auctioneer”) with a microphone. I mean the whole area was bustling with activity similar to what you’d see if you were going to concert, ball game or other large public event. Curiosity got the best of us, and since we were already running behind schedule – we decided to circle back and watch what was going on.

Until then, neither of us had ever before been to a live auction before. Although, there were many things being sold that day – one of the first things we noticed at this particular auction was the huge inventory of cars that were on display. I mean, there was an impressive array of vehicles – ranging from old clunkers to standard family vehicles like what you’d typically see at your local shopping center, and to our surprise – quite a few incredibly nice newer model year vehicles! I wasn’t even in the market for a vehicle at that time, but took a liking to Toyota 4Runner SUV that was up for sale, and only about 3 years old. But just as surprising to us about the wide range and quality of vehicles offered for sale, was the fact that the majority of people who were in the audience weren’t even buying anything. They were just in spectator mode, or in the same state of awe like we were at that moment, and content in watching a handful of the same ole’ guys getting their pick of the lot. However, we thought to ourselves…….hey, if those guys can do it – why couldn’t we? (And so can you!)

Before you knew it – the event was over, and we went on our fishing trip where we talked about what we had just witnessed, and the plentiful opportunities to make some easy money. The electricity of that event made a lasting impression on us. I guess you could say that we both got bit by the “auction bug” that day, and have never quite again been the same (personally and financially).

But do recognize that a lot has changed since we got into the business, and you don’t have to make the “auction dive” like we did shortly after attending that event. It took us about two (2) years before we got into the auction reseller business full-time. All you’ve got to do is understand how tremendously beneficial it will be for you to become a member of any the program(s) featured here.
